How do I return an item?

Heavy Armor Division pledges to do everything we can to ensure the accuracy of your order. Some returns can be costly to ship back and forth, so H.A.D. asks that do you everything to ensure that you are ordering the correct parts needed for your projects in order to avoid return transactions. If a return transaction must be done, it will be done in accordance to the following policies.   

•    All returns must be made within 14 days of the original shipping date.  
 
•    Any returns must be brought to the attention of H.A.D. via email or phone call. Any packages shipped directly back to us without notification may be turned down.  

•    Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer in ALL instances except one in which we shipped you the incorrect item due to our error.     

•    All returned items must be returned in the same condition in which we sent them.  If it is not returned in original condition, H.A.D. reserves the right to deny a refund. This includes parts kits. If any specific parts aren't accounted for in the return, the customer will be charged for missing parts.   

•    For all items under a manufacturer warranty, the customer should handle the return directly with the manufacturer.   

•    No returns will be accepted for cosmetic issues, missing items, etc once the firearm(s) has been transferred to you by your FFL dealer.   

•    Shipping charges are never refunded.  If you return an item for any reason, please know we will not refund the shipping charges you incurred when we shipped the order to you.  No exceptions.   

•    If we have to send a return shipping label to get an item back from your FFL for any reason (not passing background check, FFL refusing to do the transfer, you changed your mind, etc), we will deduct the return shipping charges from your refund.
